"The after world. Who'd ever thought that Prince's lyrics to "Let's Go Crazy" would become a paradox that was so relevant later. It seems that most of these unofficial mixtapes came without tracklists. ![]() I think that in the UK, the same scenario applied to some nightclubs such as "The Venue Spennymoor" and "The Zone", for example. ![]() Apparently, all these big nightclubs would release their 100+ unofficial 'volumenes' / mixes on cassette tapes every year. Anyway, for the past year, I have been helping him decipher some of the English lyrics as well as trying my best to ID some unknown progressive house/tech-house/hard-house/trance tracks from mid 90s to mid 2000s that were played at some of the huge 'discotecas' / nightclubs in and around Alicante & Valencia - such as Discoteca Revival (located in Los Montesinos near Alicante), Metro (Bigastro, near Alicante), Karamelo, KKO, Hook, Central Rock, etc. Out of those 5 tracks, I did manage to find ONE track ID fairly quickly.
